Role
Sculpted by Aimee are seeking a seasonal Customer Service Executive to join the growing team based in Dundrum, Dublin to support our customers during our most exciting and busy period including Black Friday and Christmas, on a full –time, 3 month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Executive will provide best-in-class service to our customers as part of our dedicated Customer Service Team. The right candidate will ensure that our customers receive high quality, timely responses to their queries, representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities Include

Manage incoming queries via several platforms (such as Live Chat, Email, and Social Media)
Prioritise and action customer queries appropriately, in a timely manner.
Provide appropriate resolutions to customer complaints or queries, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront.
Be an advocate for the Sculpted By Aimee customer and ensure that the customer’s expectations are exceeded with every opportunity.
Deliver additional services such as virtual shade matching consultations and product recommendations to our customers.
Work closely with other teams and systems to ensure our expectations of best-in-class service is met throughout the customer journey.
General office maintenance and support.

Key Skills & Qualifications

A natural people-person with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
An advocate for delivering exceptional customer care and the ability to adapt to different types of customers/situations.
A solution-based mindset to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
Target-driven with excellent prioritisation and time-management skills.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and knows when to escalate an issue accordingly.
Strong team player and collaborates easily with others, willing to help and learn from others and shares relevant information with the team.
Flexible with regard to working times.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience within the Beauty/Makeup industry is beneficial but not essential.
