Customer Support Agent

Working alongside a Team the role of the Customer Support Agent involves dealing with Key customer and Merchant queries over the phone and through email on a daily basis, communicating and working alongside a team of call centre agents, data entry, providing excellent customer service and general administration duties.
This is a busy role and applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality.
The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You must be a proactive and motivated individual who has the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
The Helpdesk is part of the Operations Department and is a very busy and fast paced environment .
Working along side a Team of agents, this is a Full Time role , Monday - Friday on a shift basis where Saturday work is required twice monthly.
This is an full time office based role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €25,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
