The Junior Customer Support Executive works within our Driver Support Team and is responsible for the delivery of high levels of customer service. The role involves working in a call centre environment and with a strong dynamic team. Within this role, the candidate will work closely with our fleet customers and their drivers, key automotive suppliers, and contractors.
This role is a great opportunity for a customer service representative. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator. He/she will be a self-starter, capable of working on his/her own initiative as part of a dedicated driver support and customer care team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
● Automotive experience would be an advantage but not a requirement as full training will be giving.
● Good telephone communicator with all suppliers, customers and colleagues
● Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy.
● Good time management skills, managing fluctuating workloads & prioritisation of daily task.
● Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines.
● Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Expert in Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel.
The successful candidate will
● Work as part of our service team to provide ongoing support to our fleet customers and their drivers and suppliers.
● Accountability for reaching out to drivers for all vehicle servicing, CVRT, NCT and maintenance requirements in line with manufacturer guidelines.
● Efficient management of both scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance
● Adhere to internal processes and policies regarding customer care and driver support
● Management of all incoming customer queries, providing responses within agreed SLA’s
● Deliver exceptional customer service
● Achieve all team and individual targets to meet business objectives
● Attend all product knowledge, compliance and training sessions organised by the managers
● Undertake any reasonable role-related duties and ad hoc projects, which may be requested from your manager from time to time
