Banqueting & Events
The purpose of this role is to supervise the Events business of Knights Catering. The scope of this hospitality role is to liaise with our clients, plan, oversee, and execute all events in the private Catering department to a high standard. We are looking for someone who is eager to be creative in their job, thinks outside the box, and gets involved in every aspect of a business
This hands-on role will require the candidate to supervise events,
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure all events are executed to and above both Knights Catering and client service level agreements.
· Liaise between culinary team and catering leads to provide client insight and help Knights Catering to continually innovate and improve hospitality offers.
· A passion for food and beverage with a keen interest in following the latest trends in food and event styling
Desired Criteria:
· Previous proven success in Catering Event, Operations,
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Qualifications:

• Hospitality / Events Catering: 1 year or more
• Excellent Verbal & Written English
• Full Clean Irish / EU driver's license

Working 5 days over 7. The position will require some night-time and weekend work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
