I'm interested in hearing from people who would like to be part of a busy professional MSP based in Dublin in a hybrid role, 2/3 days office, 2/3 wfh.
To be considered suitable, you'll need over 4 Years of relevant experience in roles such as Service Desk Coordinator, Service Desk Manager, or similar positions within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
** Proficiency with PSA Tools
Essential experience with Connect Wise PSA or comparable ticketing and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
** Service Desk Operations Management
Proven track record in managing service desk operations and effectively coordinating resources in a dynamic, client-focused setting.
** ITIL Knowledge
Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices; ITIL certification is an added advantage.
** MSP Services Familiarity
Understanding of MSP offerings, including network management, cloud services, and desktop support.
** Communication Skills
Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and common network issues to facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams.
** Time Management and Organizational Skills
Excellent ability to manage time, stay organized, and multitask efficiently.
** Task Prioritization in High-Pressure Environments
Strong capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
** High-Volume Ticket Management
Experience in handling high-volume ticket environments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
Exceptional Communication Skills required to manage team, stakeholders, tickets and to be a strong ambassador for the company!
