- We are looking for an an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic sales and marketing executive
- With a minimum 2 years proven experience

- The successful candidate will have a strong passion and drive to assist in pushing our business and revenue further as we dream big and we want the successful candidate to dream big also
- Collaborate with colleagues and/or senior management to develop and execute tactical campaigns and promotional events,
- Liaising with senior stakeholders create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically for Bathrooms4U's renovations and retail sectors, with the goal of effectively reaching our target customers, enhancing our brand's reputation, driving footfall, and ultimately boosting revenue.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and a willingness' learn all inhouse marketing platforms
- Distinct advantage is having previously worked using Hub Spot
- Take charge of overseeing the design and execution of both online and offline sales & marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies as needed to enhance sales & marketing outcomes and achieve optimal results
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all staff and/or management, manufacturers, and sales managers to develop budgets and marketing plans aligned with brand guidelines.
- This collaborative approach ensures that our objectives are met while maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines and identity.
- Clearly be able to demonstrate a minimum of two years working as a sales and marketing executive
- Proven portfolio of having worked on previous successful campaigns, preferably within the fields of home improvements, retail, or B2C sectors.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and evaluating multiple campaigns simultaneously across various channels and media partners.
- Essential to be able to demonstrate the you have an imaginative and creative eye, attention to detail, proof reading and design

- Must be able to demonstrate and understanding of SEO, SEM, CMS, CRM, lead management, and e Commerce
- Proficient in implementing effective SEO strategies and adhering to industry best practices, while also demonstrating exceptional copywriting abilities.
- Supervision of digital channel management, including Google and social media advertisements.
- Experience in Ezine, in email marketing, social media engagement, and re-targeting initiatives. Keen awareness of current trends
- The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft Suite Applications while also having experience of additional marketing platforms
- Exceptional and highly proficient communication skills are an essential criteria, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality work and meticulous attention to detail.

- Must be willing to travel to tradeshows and attend meetings off site as requested
- Be a brand ambassador for the company and confident to attend networking events on behalf of the team and company
