Responsibilities Include :
As a General Operative/Labourer you will be working as the support worker for the team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers etc.
You will take instruction as to your duties from your foreman and/or lead of a specific crew on each project
General Labourer tasks include the following but are not limited to:

• Site/Project specific preparation assisting plumbers, carpenters, tilers, electricians
• Cleaning up materials
• Performing manual labor
• Hanging signs
• Loading and unloading tools or raw materials at construction sites
• Assembling scaffolding assisting with ladders and/ or other equipment as requested
• Assisting with demolitions
• Have a working knowledge of how construction sites are run in specific bathroom refit is a direct advantage
• Have previous experience of how tools are used in relation to demolition of existing bathroom and clean up of same
• Work to a specified deadline and time frame
• Leaving job in a clean and tidy manner and waste disposed of

Skills and Qualifications:
It is essential that all candidates have a full clean driving license and have their own transport to and from site.
Previous experience of working on a construction site a distinct and/or working in bathroom/plumbing refit projects a distinct advantage
Excellent time management skills
