Key Responsibilities:
- Team : Supervise and motivate the food and beverage team to ensure top-notch service delivery in the Bar & Bistro.
- Guest Service: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, responding to any requests or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Daily Operations: Managing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including managing shifts and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
- Training & Development: Assist in training and mentoring staff, helping them reach their full potential and adhere to company standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- The ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
