SEAt S Software is a premier Student Success platform helping universities, colleges, and schools track real-time attendance and student engagement, enabling timely interventions for at-risk students and increasing graduation rates. Our solutions streamline day-to-day operations, support strategic goals, and ensure regulatory compliance. We offer tools for scheduling, attendance tracking, student engagement for blended learning, and case management, automating business processes and enhancing decision-making across academic and operational teams.
This role offers hands-on experience across technical and application consulting in a fast-paced product and services company. Through this Graduate Program, you’ll gain the technical and client-facing skills to excel in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Client Implementation & Support: Collaborate with SEAt S Software’s clients to deploy, configure, and optimize our software products according to their unique needs.
- Technical Expertise: Become an expert in our suite of Student Success and Engagement solutions, advising clients on best practices, setup, and configuration to maximize software effectiveness.
- Training & Demonstrations: Lead training sessions, webinars, and software demonstrations to ensure clients can efficiently use and adopt SEAt S products.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of technical contact, troubleshooting issues, managing escalations, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Business Process Consulting: Work with clients to understand their goals, aligning SEAt S solutions to support these objectives and proposing adjustments for improved results.
- On-Site Client Engagement: Travel to client sites as required to provide on-site support, deliver training, and assist with in-person software rollouts or troubleshooting.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contribute to day-to-day queries and BAU management proactively, proposing product updates, gathering functional and business requirements, and providing updates on system performance and usage.
- Project Management: Contribute to implementation tasks, configuration changes, and issue resolutions independently while tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Surface potential sales opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning SEAt S solutions where applicable.
Applicants must have completed a relevant level 8 or 9 degree within the last 4 years, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field, and possess the following skills:

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, developed through direct client interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivation and capability to work both independently and within a team.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to travel as needed.
- Effective presentation skills and proficiency in both written and oral communication.
- Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, technical support, or project management.
- Familiarity with project management, software configuration, and requirements gathering.
- Exposure to implementing or supporting software solutions.
- Experience managing high-impact projects or initiatives.
- Consultative and analytical skills for problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Ability to discuss financial options and handle contractual matters.
- Understanding of implementation methodologies in a software company.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a preliminary interview via MS Teams, followed by an in-person interview. Employment or character references will be required upon a successful offer.
€30,000 per annum.
This is a 24-month placement with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
