The Role
We are seeking a Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, address data-related concerns, and support customers in optimizing the SEAt S platform. With comprehensive product and systems training, this position offers a unique opportunity for you to step into a focused technical role and become a subject matter expert in SEAt S software.
Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to SEAt S customers, assisting them with troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Identify and address data-related issues within the platform
• Execute SQL scripts and work with Postgre SQL databases as needed
• Manage command line processes and verify successful execution
• Oversee software and hardware updates, including applying patches and updates to the system
• Ensure customers have the latest and most effective platform version for their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide clear, timely updates on issue resolution

About You

• Strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to work remotely with high autonomy and use a range of tools effectively

Skills & Requirements

• Working knowledge of SQL scripting and/or Postgre SQL databases
• Familiarity with running and verifying command-line processes
• Basic understanding of software and hardware updates, patching processes, and Windows OS
• Previous helpdesk or customer support experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver clear technical instructions

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a preliminary interview via MS Teams, followed by an in-person interview. Employment or character references will be required upon a successful offer.
€30,000 per annum.
This is a 24-month placement with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
