ROLE - Kitchen Manager / Supervisor / Chef
Involves:

• Full time
• Liaising with the owner using your chef skills in creating and improving our products and how we operate the kitchen.
• Managing the kitchen, experience required.
• Following our SOP and implementing them.
• Overseeing training of new staff and maintaining standards.
• Working as part of a team in a fast paced environment, in running a busy kitchen as a chef, clear communication is essential
• Responsible for the standards of our products
• Baking Goods, Preparing lunch (Healthy Salads), knife skills, Making Smoothies, preparing breakfast options and serving our delicious products alongside the rest of the team

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone with:

• First and foremost the Right Attitude is essential
• Experience as a chef is needed
• Personality; must be a positive person with an open mind
• Good people skills
• Works well under pressure & hardworking is second nature
• Must work well in a team environment and can Lead others
• The ability to work in a quick and efficient manner at pace
• Good attention to detail and takes pride in his/her work
• High standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Punctual and reliable
