Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• General Reception administration duties.
• Handling customer and client queries, taking phone calls and email management.
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis to update on tasks and projects where required.
• Attendance & participation into client meetings, as deemed appropriate.
• Assisting the Sales & Events teams as required.
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to other departments as required.
• Manage reservations, ensuring all group information received by e-mail/phone is dealt with and forwarded to all relevant parties.
• Maintain immaculate presentation and grooming, wearing designated uniform/business attire and name badge at all times.

Requirements


Excellent customer service skills
Be able to work on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Be able to cope well under pressure
Previous experience in a similar hotel role
Previous Hotsoft experience essential.
