As an Insurance Technology Director, your role will be as a delivery SME who can support the tech enabled transformation within GTM with respect to both delivery support and GTM BD support. You will join a team of innovators and problem-solvers who use their technology and partner skills to
Role & Responsibilities:
-
Act as an Technology SME, and take on a new senior role in the delivery of a large scale tech-enabled transformation projects
-
Identify gaps in the market and opportunities to create value propositions.

Develop and grow key strategic insurance technology connections and long-term relationships that benefit our people and partners, adding value to the firm
-
Work with Insurance Sector Partner, Pw C Technology and functional leaders to identify target accounts and develop scaled programmes including value propositions to develop business.

Support teams to reinvent, improve and evolve ways of working
-
Understand the competitive landscape, compete positioning and refine approach in Tenders and GTM
You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing Insurance Technology Business Plans and lead on large scale tech-enabled transformation projects. This will correlate with our growth plans in the business and the shared success with the delivery and competency teams to ensure successful client experiences and programme delivery.

Additional Job Description
Experiences and skills:
-
Degree qualified with 10+ years experience, specialising in Insurance and consulting and the ability to build and sustain long term relations with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.

Extensive demonstrated experience acting as technologist, and leading the delivery of a large scale tech-enabled transformation projects for clients, within a professional services environment
-
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts including:

Work closely with Advisory partners to develop relationships and new business revenue, through development of Business & Proposition plans, execution with good governance and sales discipline incl planning and operationalising activities.
