Job Description

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contract variations.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Support team in addressing performance-related issues with relevant parties.
• Help review and verify monthly invoices for payment accuracy.
• Provide support in contract administration for ongoing projects.
• Attend and contribute to contract performance meetings.
• Assist in reviewing performance reports.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
• Basic experience in contract administration.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in the transportation sector is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point (familiarity with Power BI is desirable)
