Golden Bake (www.golden-bake.com) are an Irish owned frozen food manufacturer based in Coolock, Dublin 17. We produce the tasty bakeables that Ireland loves! These include puff pastry and cookie products. Our product range spans across both retail and foodservice customers in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world!
We were founded in 1987 and currently have more than 130 employees, a 100,000 square foot facility, including a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, and the ability to produce up to 50,000 products per hour.
What We’re Looking For
With a continued emphasis on marketing and sales, Golden Bake is introducing a new role to the company – Key Account Manager!

Working alongside the Marketing and Sales Departments as well as directly with the CEO and the wider team, the ideal candidate will be innovative, self-motivated with a keen interest in developing and implementing our sales strategy and is willing to be a collaborator with a hands-on approach with our marketing and people efforts. As Golden Bake continues to evolve, so too will the responsibilities of this role.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with customer commercial departments
- Maintain and utilise customer portals to produce, track & analyse sales reports and trends and communicate and interpret them to relevant stakeholders
- Research reports on market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends, informing strategic decision-making.
- Support the Sales & Marketing department with strategies for trade shows, including, formulating a structure and arranging equipment required amongst other nuance
- Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results. Make suggestions to adapt and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ad hoc travel for customer and brand show purposes
- Working with the Sales & Marketing department with ongoing projects.
- Lead internal communications across the business including daily, weekly and monthly communication posts on our internal communications platform and digital signage across the site
- Ad hoc general admin tasks and support for non-marketing related tasks will also be required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a relevant role ideally within the FMCG sector
- Experience in developing strong internal and external networks, with a proven track record of commercial delivery
- Proficient in collating and analysing commercial sales and market data within the FMCG sector
- Competent with MS Office as well as the Adobe suite and/or Canva
- Full driver's license and own car
- Salary will be dependent on experience
