We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.
We are seeking an experienced legal secretary with strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills as part of a collaborative team.
Candidate requirements
-
1+ years prior experience supporting a team of solicitors in a busy environment in a legal secretary role or similar;
-
Experience using i Manage or another case management system;
-
Experience with client billing and file management;
-
Diary management and planning
-
Strong technical skills; and
-
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

File management – importing guidelines, accessing documents, sending demand letters, and making sure files remain updated;
-
Document production – drafting affidavits and correspondence as required;
-
Client billing – coordinating the team’s monthly billing process, ensuring invoices making sure invoices are issued on time and accurately;

Diary management - making sure schedules are organized correctly and there are no conflicts with diaries
-
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including arranging specialist appointments and gathering required materials;

Providing legal administrative support to the team.
