We are looking for a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our business.


Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following)
Day to day operational management and communication with the carriers
Schedule carrier collections & Deliveries
Work with all relevant suppliers on inbound shipments
Complete all required documentation for domestic & International shipments
Maintain inbound & outbound shipment reports
Log & report all freight activity on a monthly basis
Action, control and monitor all RMA / returns as required
Respond and deal with all day to day operational queries
Support other areas of business on transportation and logistics
Support various Wisetek team on logistics solutions and job quotations


Key Individual Requirements
Strong individual with good attention to detail
Good communicator with good written & verbal communication skills
Hard working with a team mentality
Well organised, flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work.


Key Technical Requirements
Must be proficient on Windows, Excel, Word & Power point
Comfortable in using e-mail system
Have a working knowledge of an ERP system
Working knowledge of warehouse & shipping systems


Experience
Ideally 3 to 5 years in a supply chain or logistics role


Educational Requirement's (Optional nice to have)
Degree, Diploma in logistics, supply chain, or management
