We carry out hundreds of projects each year to get under the skin of why people behave the way they do and understand what motivates and shapes the choices they make. We work with some of the best companies in Ireland and around the world, which means tackling challenging, exciting, and strategic briefs every week.
The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and naturally curious person to join our team as a Market Research Manager / Insights Manager level. We want a person who is interested in understanding people – their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team of insight professionals who use insight to drive growth across a wide range of marketing and commercial challenges.
Training and continuous learning is provided along with career development paths and processes for ensuring you learn and develop.
What you will do at Core Research:
- Project manage through all stages of projects.
- Design and implement methodologies to improve client outcomes.
- Design questionnaires and discussion guides.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work with our suppliers.
- Moderate qualitative projects – traditional and innovative focus groups, online communities, in-depth interviews etc.
- Quality control at all stages of the market research project.
- Analysis – qualitative and quantitative.
- Debrief insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate on planning, writing, and winning new business proposals.
Your profile
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in market research, insight, planning or similar, either agency or client side.
- Hands on market research experience is essential.
- Strong end to end project management experience across qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Deep understanding of matching research methodologies to client challenges
- Natural curiosity in understanding people, how they think and what motivates them.
- Strong track record in developing and landing actionable insights for client’s organisation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Commercial acumen.
- The skill of articulating ideas clearly and effectively and can actively listen and take on board ideas of others.
- Pride in your attention to detail.
- Numeracy and comfort with data.
- A desire to take the initiative and take responsibility to see tasks through to completion.
- Ability to work well within teams.
- Capability of multitasking and dealing with numerous projects and timelines

Salary Range
