The Core Programmatic team is contained within our Investment Practice, and is responsible for the activation, optimisation and analysis of programmatic campaign activity for all media agencies across Core.

The Programmatic Manager is the key support resource for Core’s clients in managing clients programmatic display & VOD activity across multiple platforms. The Programmatic Manager will collaborate with respective teams to develop strategy for programmatic campaigns and will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on display and VOD campaigns from start to finish.
2+ years digital buying experience is essential as well as excellent knowledge of digital platforms and optimization techniques for display and VOD campaigns. (DV360, Amobee, Google Ads, DCM)
The roles require strong collaboration and communication with the wider Media Teams, Channel Planning & Investment teams within Core. A crucial element of this role is the candidate must be consistent in delivering the highest standard output.
Responsibilities
  • Ownership of programmatic campaigns, working closely with The Media Planning team and all central teams to ensure efficient delivery of the media buying process
  • Management of digital buying campaigns from start to end, project managing the campaign.
  • Supporting Media Teams and with client queries, quality assurance for high performance, coordinating reports, and ensuring audited clients are hitting KPIs.
  • Ensure any audit recommendations that have been agreed by Business Director or Client Director with the auditor are implemented on all programmatic activity.
  • Monitors the latest trends in digital media, including new formats, channels, and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how our clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Ensures a campaign goes live while following an agreed process on all sides.
  • Keeps media team informed of status on all campaigns by issuing timely and accurate performance reporting for pacing and control.
  • Develops campaign structure and sets-up campaigns within programmatic platforms while identifying, recording, and implementing optimizations
  • Analyse and understand platform data and use the this to provide insights and identify clear actions to be taken for each client.
  • Develop an understanding of each practice and central team within Core and what it contributes to the plan
  • Collaborate with media teams on post campaign reviews for clients and supporting on prep for media team presentations to clients
  • Adopt and embrace an accuracy culture by having and supporting excellent attention to detail

Experience Required
  • 2-3 years’ digital media buying experience with a proven track record.
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital channels and why advertises use them, specifically Display and VOD
  • Experience with budget management tracking for paid media campaigns
  • Hands on development of solutions for automating processes on behalf of the team and clients.
  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Experience with the main DSPs used for programmatic media is required.
  • Experience with 3rd party tracking (Double Click) is preferable
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point

This role is offered at €34,000 per annum for a 39-hour working week. This role is a full-time, permanent position.
