About The Role
As a Meeting and Events Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of delivering seamless events, from corporate meetings to elegant social gatherings. You'll manage every detail, ensuring our clients’ visions come to life with excellence and style. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the Meeting and Events team, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, create tailored plans, and deliver on expectations.
Oversee setup, execution, and post-event evaluations for a variety of events.
Foster a collaborative environment to support team development and growth.
Maintain high standards of service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in events or hospitality management, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A genuine passion for service and attention to detail.
Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
