Motor Mechanic

We are currently seeking to employ a fully qualified mechanic to join our team here at Wheelchair Cars Ireland.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a professional, hardworking environment with a workforce that thrives off teamwork and achieving superior customer service.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & Ordering parts, carrying out maintenance and repair of customers vehicles.
  • Full responsibility of the Customers Vehicle and the maintenance/repair work carried out in full and to Company standards.
  • Undertaking full inspection before hand-over to customer.
  • Recording all relevant details, completing records etc.
  • Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner.
  • Full compliance with all safety procedures/vehicle operations essential safety steps.
  • Adhering fully to the Company’s operations manual.
  • Understand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operations manual.
The Candidate should:
  • Have a full, clean driver’s license.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Be organised and diligent with a flexible approach to work.
  • Be comfortable working in a team environment as well as having the ability to work on their own initiative.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
