Night Porter

We are currently seeking a Night Porter to join the team at Farnham Estate. The Night Porter will assist with the security of the Hotel, cleaning duties and service to guests.

We operate an 18-hole Jeff Howes designed Golf Course, 10Km of ancient woodlands & superb award-winning health spa's facilities. Role/Responsibilities:
- Front office duties including , covering night audit duties
- Responsible for, dealing with guests queries and requests, driving guests to and from the car park
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Hotel and clean all areas of the Hotel
- Dealing with all aspects of customer contact, i.e. meet and greet, guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy & attention to detail at all times
- To be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
- To comply with health and safety procedures at all times, uphold hygiene standards and follow health & safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Have previous experience in a 4/5 star health spa or relevant experience
- Have exceptional customer care skills & IT skills desirable
- Be able to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Must be able to work weekends as well as Midweek - not suitable for full time students, shifts typically from 10:30pm until 07:00am
