Spa Massage & Beauty Therapist

We are currently seeking a Spa Massage & Beauty Therapist to join the team at Farnham Estate. The spa at Farnham Estate is a Global Award-Winning Spa. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working on their own initiative and as part of a team. The spa therapist will be responsible for delivering excellent quality guest treatments such as massages, body wraps, scrubs, and facials.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Carrying out treatments to the highest of standards.
- Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice is provided to all guests.
- Dealing with all aspects of customer contact, i.e. meet and greet, spa etiquette in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy & attention to detail at all times.
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maximizing sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ensuring to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Knowledge of GROUND and ESPA is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A qualification in beauty therapy or massage is essential.
