HTS Labs, is a leading outsourcing company in the private pathology sector based in Maynooth Co. Kildare. We are looking to hire a motivated, organised and detail–orientated person with the ability to co-ordinate projects in a technical fast paced environment.
The role (Operations Administrator) will require the successful candidate to work in the private pathology sector with day-to-day tasks such as:
· Effectively Co-ordinate and schedule for daily and weekly tasks
· Monitor and manage workloads to ensure timely outcome for customer demands
· Act as a powerful conduit between our customer and suppliers
· Ordering and maintaining stock, purchase order processing, and supplier on boarding.
· Provide administrative support for Customer documentation, daily, weekly, monthly schedules and other project administration as required
· Be a Point of contact for customers and deal with their enquiries as they arise
. Support the existing Operations Team in their day-to-day tasks

Salary: €28,000 per annum
