We are a Global Logistics Company specializing in Time Critical and Pharma Transport looking to expand our team in Ireland. We are looking for someone driven, enthusiastic about the Logistics industry with the ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment.
This is a permanent, full time position for one Operations Coordinator, with some light warehouse duties, subject to 6 months probation period. Working hours will vary and are to be agreed on.
Knowledge of time critical logistics and pharma constitute an advantage, including Airfreight and road transport, plus:

• Problem-Solving Mindset: resourceful, quick on your feet, and thrive when solving challenges to keep operations running like clockwork.
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – know how to build strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders

Job Description:

• Process and complete jobs whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager
• Actively participate and comply with all EASYFLYERS programs and regulations
• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment in accordance with the program
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Resolve logistical issues and complete other tasks as required
