Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for General Operatives to join our exceptionally friendly team, assisting with the retrofitting, Cavity Wall Insulation, Attic Insulation and Ventilation. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction and general site work and a keen interest in learning new skills. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are proficient with all necessary equipment for this role. You can look forward to expanding your skills and knowledge daily!
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the retrofitting/installation of insulation services.
• Work effectively within a team environment and independently as needed.
• Follow instructions and implement tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience:

• While no prior work experience is required, experience on building sites or in related fields is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work with or lead a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Open to receiving and implementing instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Knowledge of building and retrofit practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Requirements:

• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
• Full clean driver's license.
