Capita Ireland are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team, working from our office in Clonakilty.

You’ll join a small, friendly and dedicated team to support our clients customers with general enquiries and ensure a positive impression and proactive service is provided at all times.

You'll work every Saturday & Sunday, 7am-1pm, 12 hours per week.

Job Description:
You’ll also support with:

• Handling a large number of calls per day, varying in enquiry
• Supporting customers with water supply issues from burst pipes to leaking and loss of water supply
• Logging complaints and escalations using escalation processes where needed
• Using multiple standard and bespoke systems to log customer information accurately
• If you join our commercial team, you will support business customers with varies enquiries such as licence queries, billing, payments and case work, including the above.

Duties & responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service with a key focus on doing the right thing for each customer – deliver solutions that meet their individual needs.
• Identifying vulnerable customers and adapting approach, providing additional support when required.
• Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
• Dealing with a wide range of queries across telephony / email / web chat / channels
• Any other duties as deemed necessary and in line with the scope and level of this role

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working in similar environment
• Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
• Having excellent organisational skills
• Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s
• Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills
• Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
