We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator to join us in our office based in Citywest Dublin.
The role will be Monday to Friday with flexibility in relation to start and finish times.
Responsibilities Include:
- Carry out all duties in a professional and competent manner.
- Payroll processing for Direct staff on a Fortnightly and Monthly bases.
- Payroll processing for Agency staff on a weekly basis.
- Working with external payroll company to complete payroll process.
- Deal with any payroll queries from staff.
- Investigate an issue that occur and respond back to employees.
- Reconciling payroll reports.
- Preparing manual payments.
- Supporting with internal and external audits.
- Any other Adhoc duties that may apply.
- Experience within an administrative and / or payroll capacity.
- Good and competent knowledge of excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
