Junior Accounts and Payroll Administrator

Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Part Time / Full Time Junior Accounts and Payroll Administrator in our Support Office in Ashbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn new skills and grow within a fast paced environment as part of the Finance Team. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties & responsibilities
- Input and reconcile accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Working alongside the Purchasing Department
- Complete weekly payroll for several entities within the group
- Working alongside the Area Manager for payroll purposes
- Review and record employee expenses
- Add new starters to HR System
- Knowledge of processing bank payments
- Ensure accounts filing is kept up to date
- Co-ordinate Manual Handling courses
- Any other financial administration duties required
About you
- Be willing to learn new skills
- IPASS completion and HR knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Experience using Intact IQ, Softworks and Thesaurus is a distinct advantage
- Must be organised and detail focused
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work as the finance team
- Must have strong communication skills
- Have strong MS skills in particular MS Excel
- Be flexible in your approach to work
