We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Personal Lines Executive for our Rathmore branch. This is a fast-paced role dealing with clients through the phone and in person for car, home and van insurance.
Salary dependent on insurance qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the best personal lines products to suit their needs.
• Processing new business, mid-term alterations and renewal requests.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Assisting clients through the claims process.

The Ideal Candidate

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum Level 7 Degree.
• Have previous customer service experience.
• Be highly organised, diligent, and thorough.
• Be a good team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Be competent using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
• Enjoy learning.
• Have customer service experience.
