About No17 Personal Training: No17 Personal Training is a leading fitness and wellness center in Dublin, offering personalized coaching and corporate wellness programs. Our mission is to empower clients through our ACTIVATE - STRETCH - REACH Performance and Wellness Model. We're looking for a dedicated Gym Manager to oversee operations and enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and support a team of trainers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Confident with sales
Implement and oversee client management systems, including True Coach and Pike 13.
Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Coordinate with potential partners and manage existing relationships with companies.
Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving revenue goals.
Explore and implement automation tools to streamline business operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in gym management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of fitness and wellness.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with client management systems and business automation tools is a plus.
Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial planning.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
