Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience.

• A proven track record for creating and driving usable, seamless, elegant and impactful design solutions, deeply rooted in customer needs.
• User-centric approach to design and an understanding of how to apply user research data.
• An interaction focus and ability to create/ prototype design stories that articulate the desired user experience to the project team and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the technical concepts at play
• Exposure and understanding of variety of design, design thinking, project management, and development processes and methodologies
• Command of the latest tools for the craft - expertise in Figma is a must; Adobe suite. A working understanding of HTML and experience with agile engineering methods is essential. CSS skills would be a plus but not essential.
• Passion for design and ability to effectively share your point of view and expertise with project team members.
• Solid collaboration abilities, with excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrable ability to share your inspiration and creativity and make team members and partners better.
• Experience applying established design principles and interaction patterns through the use of Design Systems is a must, with additional experience designing user experiences for enterprise software, content management (CMS) systems, AI & LLM-based applications, and business process workflows.
