DAY TO DAY

• Planning and scheduling of site walks and technical site walks and other in-field activities
• Organizing travel activities for the Field Service Specialists
• Liaising with other teams, landlords and third parties on the phone and via mail
• Site Visits
• Being responsible for travel spending of different teams
• Providing excellent attention to detail whilst working to deadlines
• Maintaining multiple databases and ensuring they’re continuously organised
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent spoken and written German language skills
• Basic spoken and written English language skills
• Data entry, quality control or contract experience
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
