We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in South Dublin.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, including bills of quantities and schedules.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and budget estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial compliance with budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to establish project requirements and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive cost advice and reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess work progress and quality, ensuring that projects adhere to budgets and schedules.
- Prepare regular financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-value reconciliations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement methods, and construction regulations in Ireland.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
