An exciting job opportunity has arisen at Old Head Golf Links and we are now seeking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate for the position of Receptionist/Reservations. We require an individual who is passionate & enthusiastic about the role, enjoys serving and interacting with customers and will add to the warm and welcoming environment which our customers have come to expect at Old Head Golf Links.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all Members & guests in a warm, efficient, friendly manner
• Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Communicate & assist our Members and Guests on arrival and during their stay
• Handle Member and Guest reservations via phone and email in an efficient manner
• Ensuring the guest receives a memorable experience
• Be knowledgeable in our products and services
• Carry out admin duties including enquires, booking, emails, telephone, and point of sale
• Liaise with other departments regarding booking requests
• Payments, balancing, end of day to be completed

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience essential
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience on Xcel, Jonas desirable
