An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join an airline catering company based in the Airport Logistics Park, St. Margret's on a 6 month contract.

Rate of Pay: €33,418.00 per year
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week.
dnata Catering Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. Based in the Dublin Airport Logistics Park, we offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.
The  recruitment administrator will play a vital role in volume recruitment, hiring and retaining reliable candidates which will enable dnata achieve our ambitious growth plans
Responsibilities
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding of new candidates.
  • Organise and assist with assessment centres.
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers
  • Communicating with candidates on a regular basis to ensure the efficient running of the recruitment cycle and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Assisting with garda vetting and carry out a 5 year background check on candidates.
  • Update database, spreadsheets and employee files on a regular basis.
  • General admin duties.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you in line with business needs by your Line Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Be able to deal with volume recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of new candidates i.e screening CV's, interviewing etc
  • Strong communication and organising skills
  • Strong computer skills in order to update tracking systems, database, employee files
  • Be able to go through garda vetting and a 5 year background check
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €33,418.00 per year
