Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a 360 consultant with a proven billing record within Ireland to help grow our footprint in Ireland and take the team to the next level.
This year, we've established a team in our new Dublin office, and you will be joining as a valued member of this fresh and dynamic team that's already hitting the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong focus on expanding existing relationships to win new clients.
  • All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing the process.
  • Collaborate with global teams, you’ll be working with teams in London, Serbia and across Europe frequently.
  • Work with clients directly to understand the various types of positions that we source for.
  • Manage briefing calls for existing clients as well.
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
Skills and Experience
  • Previous recruitment experience is necessary, minimum 2-3 years.
  • Proving billing record and an ability to win new business
  • Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
  • Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
  • Self-starter, highly motivated.
  • Independent person with good organizational skills
