This will involve conducting market research, promoting our products or services, actively selling to prospective customers, and engaging with them through various channels such as email, phone calls, and in-person interactions. Your ultimate goal will be to effectively address customer inquiries, provide valuable guidance, drive sales growth, and enhance the overall experience for our valued students.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, approach, and support customers in order to persuade them to make a purchase. Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assess customer needs by offering assistance and information on our courses, experiences in Ireland, and student visa processes. Handle customer complaints in a patient and helpful manner. Maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and excellent interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and persuasion techniques. Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and persuasion techniques. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving customer satisfaction. Analytical and mathematical abilities to define, analyze, and meet sales targets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Pay: We offer a competitive compensation package, with a lower base salary with high commissions and bonuses based on performance.
