Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Persuade: Actively reach out to potential customers, offering guidance and support to encourage enrollment in our study abroad programs.
- Market Research: Conduct targeted market research to identify trends and opportunities, boosting sales performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide top-notch service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice on courses, experiences in Ireland and the student visa process.
- Handle Complaints: Resolve any customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Strengths We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service or education sectors.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with student visa processes and international education is a plus.
- Prospect, approach and offer support to persuade customers to purchase.
Qualification and Requirements

• Experience in sales.
• Excellent communication in English B1
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion techniques;
• Analytical and mathematical skills, as well as defining, analysing and meeting sales targets;
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and thrive in an accelerated and sales-oriented environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
