We are seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team and help students fulfill their dream of studying abroad! If you have a passion for education, a knack for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Persuade: Actively reach out to potential customers, offering guidance and support to encourage enrollment in our study abroad programs.
- Market Research: Conduct targeted market research to identify trends and opportunities, boosting sales performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide top-notch service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and offer tailored advice on courses, experiences in Ireland and the student visa process.
- Handle Complaints: Resolve any customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Strengths We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service or education sectors.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with student visa processes and international education is a plus.
- Prospect, approach and offer support to persuade customers to purchase.
Qualification and Requirements
- Experience in sales.
- Excellent communication in English B1
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion techniques;
- Analytical and mathematical skills, as well as defining, analysing and meeting sales targets;
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and thrive in an accelerated and sales-oriented environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of Excel and computers.
Opened in 2003, Erin School of English aims to empower students to express themselves in English as they do in their own language. The school is dedicated to providing a first-class English language learning experience using the methods and focusing on the skills that will prepare students to take their place in today’s globalised society.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to €20,000.00 per year
