SAP P2P - 12 Month Contract - €500 Outside IR35 - 4/5 days onsite in Dublin
bluewave SELECT have been retained by an organization to engage with an SAP P2P Consultant. This role requires four days onsite in Ireland expenses paid.
Key Responsibilities:

SAP Implementation and Support: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP P2P modules, including Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and related components, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Process Optimization: Analyze current procurement and supply chain processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Implement best practices for P2P processes, including procurement, invoice management, and vendor management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to gather business requirements and provide solutions that integrate SAP P2P functionalities effectively.
Compliance and Control: Ensure all P2P processes comply with relevant financial and regulatory standards, including Gx P, SOX, and other industry-specific regulations.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and support.
Project Management: Manage SAP P2P projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
