Role Profile
Supporting critical applications and infrastructure in modern hi-tech hospitals across Dublin, providing technical support via its service helpdesk as third level support to Blackrock Health staff and coordinating with third party suppliers. The role is responsible for but not limited to:

• First-line technical support and assistance to end users
• Ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their IT-related issues
• Handling incoming support requests via phone, email, or our ticketing system
• Troubleshooting problems to identify and resolve common software and hardware issues
• Assisting with inventory of software and hardware assets
• Effective communication and excellent customer service

You'll need a relevant 3rd level IT qualification, customer service experience
