THE ROLE: Senior Engineer, MS Ops (Cloud)
Job Summary:
As a Cloud Services Engineer in a managed services provider company, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions for multiple clients. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality services, meeting client KPIs, maintaining SLAs based on Response and Resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions for clients, including infrastructure as a service (Iaa S), platform as a service (Paa S), and software as a service (Saa S) solutions.
• Ensure that all solutions meet or exceed client KPIs, including availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Monitor and maintain client cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Respond to and resolve client service requests and incidents within the agreed SLA timeframe.
• Collaborate with other teams, including developers, operations, and support teams, to ensure smooth integration of cloud-based solutions with existing client infrastructure.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance, KPIs, and upcoming changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, and GDPR.
• Continuously improve cloud-based solutions and processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff at client companies.
• The ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S, and cloud security.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
• Be able to follow company procedures and methods.
• Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

• Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified
• ITIL methodology
• Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Share POint
• Intune
