We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our team on our Glounthaune to Midleton Twin Track Project in Co.Cork

Your mission

Process and code cost data from delivery notes, dockets and timesheets
Enter cost and other information into the Company’s accounting database
Interact with project staff to ensure accuracy of information
Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details
Other adhoc duties as required

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience within the Construction Industry as a Site Clerk or within HR, Administration, Compliance or Audit background strongly desirable
Minimum 2 years data entry/administration experience required
Proficient in MS Office packages is essential
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and presentation) skills
Ability to are liaise professionally across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of working collaboratively across multiple lines of business and support functions
Strong time management skills
