Responsibilities

• Implement tools (potentially AI-powered) and reusable solutions to help the organization meet security requirements.
• Drive clarity around security requirements and partner with teams on challenging issues to ensure quality, on-time completion.
• Help feature teams find ways to efficiently deal with urgent engineering debt and work.
• Provide tooling, infrastructure, coding, and best practices to efficiently address security requirements so engineers can spend more time coding to deliver new customer value.
• Promote engineering basics with teams by sharing knowledge and offering model solutions that address frequent or important problems in production.
• Model our company values while creating an inclusive, fun, and supportive environment where every engineer can do their best.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • OR related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script,
  • OR Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering products, features, services, etc. from design to implementation and delivery.
• Experience with online services and Dev Ops.
