Job Details

• Install and commission solar PV systems to the highest standards, adhering to Safe Electric specifications and SEAI code of practice.
• Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues within solar systems.
• Test and verify system performance using specialist equipment.
• Work with homeowners to explain the work being undertaken and any changes to the project scope, while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with the lead installer and other team members.
• Liaise with the roofing team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Manage your time effectively to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records and submit all necessary documentation.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.

The Person

• Fully qualified electrician.
• Completion of the SEAI Solar PV course is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Valid FETAC craft certificate.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates required.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
