Opened first in 2006 we realised we had something special in our little cave on South William Street in Dublin 2! Twelve months later, we opened another little cave in Temple Bar and our third in a cottage in Dundrum Town’s Centre’s Pembrook District.
After three successful restaurants and seven years of hard work and saving our pocket money, we decided we were grown up enough to hit London in search of fame and fortune down the West End of Covent Garden, where we hope to get a small bit part alongside Jude Law!
In 2019, we were delighted to announce that we opened our fifth location in Camden Street, Dublin 2. Which is an incredibly diverse area that gives us the opportunity to present our tapas, ports and wines with a focus on Cava that does not receive the attention it deserves.
The role
Due to continued growth we are looking to for an experienced Sous Chefs to join our team. There are several vacancies for this role, based both in Aperitvo, Nassau Street
The Sous chef will work closely with the Head Chef and restaurant manager in ensuring all aspects of the kitchen are managed efficiently. You will assist in managing the kitchen team to deliver the highest quality food, in a busy and fast paced kitchen environment. You will have an interest in not just developing your own skills but those of your team also.
As a Sous Chef you will:

• Have a keen eye for detail to oversee the preparation, portioning and appearance of the food served
• Promote teamwork and cohesiveness between the kitchen and front of house
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Have a strong knowledge and proven understanding in HACCP, modern food preparation techniques and kitchen management
• Be passionate about high quality food
• Have a positive attitude, ability to multitask and be comfortable working under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
