Looking for a sous chef for a new Thai BBQ restaurant recently opened in dublin. Cooking authentic Thai food over charcoal using the best of irish produce.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience working with a live fire charcoal grill.
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
-Have worked in a kitchen centred around South east asian cuisine.
-Able to follow detailed recipes and instructions.
-Must have level 2 HACCP training.
-Comfortable working as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
