Delahunt have an oppotunity for a Supervisor/Head waiter to join our team. We have a small dedicated team of front of house staff and chefs and we aspire to create a wonderful and friendly space for all our staff at our restaurant on Camden Street in Dublin City Centre.
Our goal is to delivery an exectional product in a relaxed fine dining setting and we are looking for a canditate who has attention to details and a desire to work in a nice work setting.
The candidate must have experience working in a similar fine dining setting and role, a knowlege of wine and cocktails and the ability to hold down a busy section is also essential.
The ideal candidate:
1. Will be able to work as part of the team both front and back of house.
2. Flexibility to work mainly evenings/weekends with more hours available at busy times.
3. Be presentable and punctual.
4. Have great communication skills.
5. Have experience in a similar fine dining restaurant.
Candidates must have an eligibility to work in Ireland and a good understanding of English Language. Experience in a similar role is required.
About us:
Delahunt is a modern Irish fine dining restaurant and bar situated in an historic Victorian building on Dublin’s Camden Street. We acquired the property and restored the building with meticulous attention to detail over 18 months with the aim of bringing it back to its former glory.
The building brings old Dublin history to life with a long bar running the down the middle of the restaurant. We serve a tasting menu of seasonal local produce with a relaxed and welcoming level of service. We have won many awards and accolades for both our food, service and drinks over the 6 years we have been open and we are looking for a candidate who will strive to push the business and has the same high standards.
