Role Overview:
As a Waiter at WILDE you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You are a dedicated foodie who goes above and beyond to ensure our guests leave delighted and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Serve food and beverages with precision and care
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including seasonal and dietary options
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs
Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure seamless service
Adhere to the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Handle guest feedback and concerns with efficiency and grace, ensuring positive outcomes
Requirements:
Previous experience in a high-end hospitality setting
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Knowledge of food and beverages, particularly Afternoon Tea, is a plus
